Jessica Gingell is an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator at Union Heritage, where she supports leadership with day to day coordination and the systems and processes that help the team stay aligned, move quickly, and keep the wheel turning. She brings a strong blend of executive support, marketing, and event operations experience, with a clear focus on building the systems that keep teams aligned and moving.
Jessica started her career in marketing, events, and client relations within the wealth management space and most recently led full-funnel marketing for a Michigan-based tech SaaS startup. In that role, she built repeatable processes, coordinated cross-functional workstreams, and executed cross-channel campaigns from start to finish. She is highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented, with a strong ability to keep priorities clear and operations running smoothly.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising Management from Michigan State University.
